We're glad you agree that it's perfect (or as close to it). We were recently treated to some artisan Ice Cream from Fancy a Scoop? who made a batch with our Earl Grey. Maybe a test for you to make for yourself if you're up for the challenge.

    Earl Grey flavoured Black T

One of my favourite T’s. Maybe the Green T version is my number one. Excellent customer service.

Thank you so much John, we really appreciate your 5 star review. We agree, the Earl Green does throw a spanner in the works of the Earl Grey tradition.

Hi MoiraThank you so much for taking the time to write your 3 star review. I can see your order arrived with us on 27 January 2021. We then got an email from you 5 working days later on the 4th February chasing your order, asking where your order is. We had emailed you a few time to let you know that orders were being delayed and we promised your order would be with you soon. I'm guessing you didn't get those original emails or the two replies we sent on the 4th? Here's one of the emails we sent on the 4th... _________Hi Moira I will check your order with Fraser in dispatch. We actually only got back into the office yesterday having been closed due to Covid. I imagine your order is probably on its way to you now, I will double check and get it to you asap. "Thanks so much for your patience Moira, we really do appreciate you ordering with our wee business at this time, _______Perhaps they went into your junk mail? I'm so sorry you didn't receive our usual 5 Star Service. Please forgive us and give us another chance in the future to make it up to you.

    Pyramid Tea Bag Promise

Question: Are your pyramid tea bags degradable? Answer: YES.

Question: Are your pyramid teabags compostable? Answer: YES.

Polylactic acid or PLA is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources, such as corn starch, tapioca roots, chips or starch, or sugarcane. This is degradable and is considered compostable. PLA doesn’t disappear overnight, it requires a good temperature to help it degrade. This is why we recommend that you put used pyramid tea bags into your local council compost and don’t just throw them in the garden.

If you really want to help the environment we suggest you use loose leaf teas.

We offer more variety of loose leaf teas and loose blends are always less expensive than our tea pyramids.
